Cheating or no?

so, the following games ive played that allow you to completely cheat but also have high expectation for work.
minecraft
subnautica

I know this is an entirely small list, but when I figured out there was a creative mode on minecraft, I just stopped playing it, its like a sponge where your creativity is squeezed out bit by bit. you can also fly... which pisses me off, you already have mod privileges why would you need to fly? I'm answering my own question which makes it seem stupid to ask why. "because its easier" I said. so is it why I stopped playing the game because it became too easy and tempting to use the creative mode? I cant think of anything else, besides the same old square I guess, unless your making something completely massive and ornamental, and beautiful, then its not worth it otherwise, in my opinion.

secondly, I just realized, even being at the main menu of subnautica made me soooo anxious to play the game, I missed there was also a creative mode at the bottom. imean wtf, for the people who want to do what? I feel its less important to have a creative mode on subnautica because it doesn't have live servers like minecraft where you can show all your friends. subnautica is an amazing underwater game where you can build a base, mine and search for wreckage and parts for making materials. just like how you would have to in minecraft, minus the digging, as well, minecraft digging with creative mode on gives a one hit block even for bedrock.

My take on all this-
MINECRAFT: (I've had almost too much experience here... eh heh)
Creative Mode Strengths: Build amazing bases with unlimited potential and swag... yes I said swag DEAL WITH IT. Able to fly, disables drowning, hunger, activates an invincibility. swim in lava hahah!

Creative Mode Weaknesses: makes the game too easy, gives chances and reasons for trolls to fuck your shit up (boy that looks beautiful! lets destroy it!), there is an outside world too kiddies, so I say this for those who say "one more minute" (I'm guilty too and is the reason why I add this), spending almost too much time with a never ending objective, build build build!

even though you could simply go into the game, make it so you can have a starter chest, and set the difficulty to its lowest setting, you can still die, you can still drown, you wont ever run out of hunger. creative mode offers nothing but the building aspect.

SUBNAUTICA: (I keep in mind I have significantly less exposure to this game, but seeing into the future, its gonna get hard, I know it...)

Creative Mode Strengths: Gives you the ability to have unlimited oxygen (no complaint there! fishy gills !), gives you unlimited building materials right on the spot (spawn vehicles instantly too), you can build endlessly through the aquatic area by being able to build endlessly, and with the terraform tool, you can sculpt the land by taking from it, then placing it to another space if you feel so inclined, finally, you can make weapons in either or game mode, but the energy you use in weapons will deplete slowly when you use it; this means in creative mode in subnautica eradicates any of this depletion. not to mention hunger and water is also taken out when your in any mode besides survival. heh..

Creative Mode Weaknesses: Makes the game too easy, takes away from the experience of searching the depths and those funny moments where your running away from an enemy lik-a-bitch lol.

that's all I can think of really, as I said, I have more experiences to learn, plus subnautica is way more complex than minecraft, its already taken me an hour just to make this.

just had to get all of this off my chest, I feel like I want the experience to be my own, and earning what I build means quite a bit to me. yet its way more fun to build without all the trouble of getting resources, and evading enemies in either game.
